150 Tram Ride

After the launching of the SJC 150 Tram, the ECAC organised an exclusive Josephian tram ride on 15/2 (Saturday). We had teachers, students, old boys, and even SJPS students participating in this exultant ride.

There were two rides with the tram from the Whitty Street Tram Depot to Causeway Bay and vice versa. During the rides, we had QnA sessions, giving out souvenirs as prizes. Moreover, we prepared foam props having printed designs with the theme of our very SJC Tram for participants to take photos with. We also went past a billboard with our 150 timeline of crucial milestones in one of the stops.

Everyone had a blissful time on the tram, with old boys leading Josephian cheers and also the singing of the School Rally, which demonstrated genuine Josephian brotherhood and legacy. This event truly manifested our deep bonding and the lack of barriers in the connection between different generations of Josephians. It was also a significant event, in terms of showcasing our confidence in taking up the identity as Josephians to the pedestrians.

We would like to once again thank all participants for joining us! We also hope all Josephians cherished the memories left on the tram, as it would be the last official tram event in the series of tram celebratory events. Last but not least, we appreciate your support and endeavours in promoting the tram throughout the past two months, no matter if you belong to the Josephian community or not. The tram project certainly raised public awareness!
