We are thrilled to announce that our Form 3 boys have successfully advanced to the Professional Class in the F1 in Schools Hong Kong and Macau Regional competition, following an exceptional performance in the initial round! 🏆
F1 in Schools stands as an international STEM competition where students craft, manufacture, and race miniature cars powered by a CO2 cartridge. It emphasises on CAD design, aerodynamics, engineering, and marketing skills, mirroring the developmental journey of a real-life Formula 1 team. This platform fosters innovation and teamwork among young individuals, offering a stage for them to exhibit their talents in a fiercely competitive arena.
After two months of rigorous preparations, our students have demonstrated their unwavering dedication and sublime time management given the narrow timeframe to submit deliverables, earning a well-deserved merit award in a field of strong contenders. After that, they are now eyeing a top-three finish in the Professional Class, earning the chance to represent HKSAR in the national finals! Finally, we express our heartfelt appreciation to our dedicated teachers, and other supportive backers whose steadfast commitment propelled them to this remarkable accomplishment. Special thanks to @memorigin @golden_rice_resources and @qmarkhongkong for sponsoring our boys!
