The Opening Ceremony was successfully held on 2/9. Our Form 1 Josephians were welcomed with speeches by our Principal Mr TM Kwok and some of our outstanding Josephians. 😁
We are sincerely grateful to the 1st HKG Scout Troop, 1st HKG Air Scout Troop, Hong Kong Red Cross Youth Unit 17, St. Joseph’s Ambulance Cadet Division, MCs, our Guests of Honour, teachers and helpers for your help in conducting this ceremony. 🙏
Moreover, we are honoured to have some exceptional Josephians to give us some insightful speeches. Versatile Josephians Lee Hok Lam (6F) and Cheung Wai To Torres (6F) gave us speeches about how multifaceted life in SJC can be, and Ander Liu, the super topscorer in 2024 HKDSE, provided us with a speech about camaraderie and brotherhood in his path to academic success. 🙌
We hope the speeches can give our F1 newcomers a preview of the fruitful and wonderful school life that our school provides, as well as kickstarting their journey in discovering their talents and maximizing their potential. Here’s to a spectacular school year for F1 students in SJC! 🫡
