There’s nothing more joyful than spreading festive cheer on Christmas 🎉! The Social Service Group (SSG) has successfully held its Christmas Service on the 28th of December, 2023 (Thursday), at Whampoa Integrated Children & Youth Service Centre of United Brethren of Christ.
Throughout this event, participants had a memorable time with the children in the centre, which included a Santa Origami workshop, entertaining games, sharing of Christmas stories and many more. The interaction between students and children signified the importance of helping different people in society and assisting those who are in need, making sure everyone feels the love and festivity during this time of year. 🫶🏻
We hope that students have been able to raise social awareness and enhance their sense of belonging to society through this meaningful activity. We also feel grateful that plenty of students devoted their time to contributing to the community during the Christmas holidays.
We would like to thereby thank the SSG again for organizing such a worthwhile and meaningful service for our Josephians. It is highly appreciated and we look forward to more services in the future! 👍
