The Community Service Team hosted a guided visit to the Elderly Community Centre on the 25th of November (Saturday). This service raised students’ social awareness for assisting the elderly, strengthened their ability to organize social services, and intensified their mind to serve and contribute to the society.
We frankly believe that it was a substantial and precious opportunity for Josephians. We express our gratitude to all helpers who devoted their time to help the elderly even during their holiday, and hugely appreciate that you all could make this a successful event! Hope the Team will conduct more services in the future, allowing students to further show their sympathy to vulnerable ones and those in need! Besides, we also wish the elderly can stay healthy and strong, and that they had a fruitful time with our students.
