The 5th of November (Sunday) marked the success of the Caritas Charity Bazaar, a charity function to raise funds and promote students’ awareness in contributing to the society, which was held in the Victoria Park.
For our school’s booth (stall number 149-150), several games were held in order to let visitors familiarize with our booth. Soap flowers, toys, books, houseware, stationary were sold and an amount of nearly $8000 was raised!!
It was truly meaningful and we frankly express our gratitude to the Social Service Group for engaging in such a remarkable and worthwhile event, and fellow students, teachers, old-boys who supported us. Hope the SSG would participate in more and more of these charity activities in the future!! Most importantly, Josephians would have a higher sense of belonging as a citizen, so as to develop their social mind to serve more people that are in need.
