The annual recruitment week was held smoothly from the 11th to 13th of October (Wednesday to Friday). Fellow Josephians participated in a wide variety of clubs, gaining different insights and spreading their thoughts. Recruitment week was also a platform to let Josephians explore themselves more and exhibit their enthusiasm.
Involvement in ECAs is really crucial for Josephians as they can develop their social skills, communication and cooperation ability, presentation techniques, most importantly, how to demonstrate leadership when they reach a higher position in society. Therefore, as the ECA committee, we are very pleased with Josephians’ proactivity and initiative to take part in such event.
Besides, we also appreciate all the clubs’ effort for their decoration of their stunning booths and devotion to stand by all the time to recruit members, it was certainly a success for all of you!
