What a day for St. Joseph’s College! We were honoured to host football legend and Manchester United icon, Mr. Wes Brown, for an inspiring campus visit on 23rd October.
The afternoon began with a warm welcome from our Principal, Vice-Principals and Sports Master, Mr. Chu. Mr. Brown then enjoyed a tour of our school’s proud heritage, from the Football Wall and our football team’s trophy collection to our old building, the historic declared monument. Mr. Brown then shared invaluable insights with our football team in the lecture theatre from his successful career, speaking on the importance of discipline and passion.
The true highlight was on the football pitch, where our SJC team had the incredible opportunity to share the field with a sporting hero. The friendly match was a session filled with mentorship, skill, and unforgettable moments of camaraderie.
We extend our deepest gratitude to Mr. Wes Brown for his generosity and for inspiring our young Josephians. It was a powerful reminder that dreams are achieved through hard work and dedication. Thank you for a day our school will cherish for years to come!
