AI for sustainability innovator

The “AI for Sustainability Innovator” Certification Program was held successfully on Saturday, 12th July. The event, held in partnership with Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore and Tramplus, provided forty S2 to S5 students with an immersive introduction to artificial intelligence and global sustainability.

With the guidance of instructors, students gained hands-on experience using advanced AI-assisted coding tools, Replit Agents, to develop innovative applications addressing real-world challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The computer room hummed with creative energy as students collaborated to design innovative solutions for a sustainable future through gamification. The event culminated in dynamic presentations where students shared their groundbreaking work with their peers.

The event empowered our young Josephians with valuable skills and ignited their passion for utilising technology as a tool for good, preparing them to thrive in an AI-driven world.
