Our student Matthew So Tin Yuen (1A) came first in the captioned competition. His work explores the potential and problems with communal bicycles in the context of Hong Kong. What made him extraordinary is probably the fact that he was able to take a step further to critically assess issues around feasibility on the basis of the given prompt. It is definitely a solid proof of exemplary critical thinking skills in Matthew.
